AUCTION PICKUP TIME: By appointment ONLY on Thursday, June 2nd & Friday, June 3rd from 9 AM - 4 PM. PLEASE NOTE: Shelving units with other lots on them MUST be picked up on Friday. Appointments to pick up very large equipment will need to be late in the day Thursday or Friday.
An invoice will be emailed to you after the auction ends on Wednesday, June 1st. We encourage you to schedule a pick up appointment before the auction ends, if you have a specific time you are available. You may request an appointment any time after 9 AM on Tuesday, May 31st by texting Natalie at 757-287-8797 with your bidder #, your name and your preferred pick up time. Please also specify your intended method of payment for your auction purchases. If you do not request an appointment in advance, Natalie will email AND text you after the auction ends. Please respond by text or email by 8 PM on June 1st. PLEASE, NO TEXTS AFTER 8 PM.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 4 PM FRIDAY, JUNE 3, 2022 - Items not picked up within this schedule will be considered abandoned. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PAYMENT: Your total invoice must be paid, in full, when you arrive at your scheduled pick up time, following the auction. You will receive an invoice for your total which will include a 15% Buyers Premium (discounted to 12% for cash, Zelle or Venmo payments), plus applicable sales tax. Credit cards must be saved in your Bidder Profile, as all credit card payments are processed online only. Placing a bid contractually binds you to paying for an item. If you win a bid, payment is required, whether or not you pick up your item(s).

SALES TAX: Virginia sales tax of 6% will be charged on all items we auction, unless the appropriate tax exempt form is on file, prior to the end of the auction. 

INSPECTION & PREVIEW: We want you to get the best deal possible and encourage you to inspect all items before bidding. Due to the number of items we sell, we do NOT have time to test items. All due diligence belongs to the bidder. If you have any questions pertaining to a specific lot, please call 757-512-8833 BEFORE placing a bid! If you cannot make it to the preview, but have questions on specific items, you may call Natalie, during the preview timeframe, and she will be happy to send you pictures or a video of an item: 757-287-8797. PLEASE NOTE: Most of the equipment pieces are on dollies or carts for ease of moving. These dollies and carts are NOT included in the auction, even if pictured.

WARRANTY, CONDITIONS & DESCRIPTIONS: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with NO warranties expressed or implied, and there are NO refunds given for any reason. Please read the description & examine the photos when bidding. If there is any doubt when viewing an item, go by the description as photographs sometimes include items that are NOT part of the lot. Most importantly, we strongly encourage you to preview the auction items during the designated preview time. Neither the auctioneer, nor the seller, makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to said property.

AUTO-EXTENDED BIDDING: Our auctions feature a Simulated Live Auction Experience with staggered closings. This allows items to close at a pre-determined rate of 3 items per minute. We also feature auto-extended bidding, which means that the closing time of an individual lot will be extended by 2 minutes if a bid is placed in the last minute, before the item's bidding closes. This allows you a chance to place a final bid on an item you may have otherwise missed, and closely simulates a "live auction” experience.

PICKUP / REMOVAL: All items must be removed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on June 2nd & 3rd, 2021 from 9AM - 4 PM. 
This auction is so large that we will be spreading appointments out over 2 days, to facilitate a smoother pick up experience. Bidders are responsible for all costs involved with removal of their purchases & any damages which may occur during removal of their  purchases. The auction staff does NOT dismantle, disconnect or provide any tools, equipment or labor necessary for item removal. 

ABANDONED ITEMS: Any items not picked up on the specified removal days, will be discarded, removed, resold or stored at  Auctioneer's discretion. When you place a bid and are notified of winning an item, the item contractually becomes yours, and any fees associated with moving, removing, discarding or collecting payment, whether physical or legal are the responsibility of the bidder.
You are required to pay for all items you bid on and win in this auction, WHETHER OR NOT you pick them up. Your credit card, on file, will be charged for your total balance, including the 15% Buyer's Premium and the 6% sales tax, if you abandon your purchases. No charge backs or refunds will be allowed.
Should your payment be declined, you will be banned from participating in all future auctions, and the Auctioneer will pursue legal recourse to collect the amount you owe. All attorney's fees, court costs, and other legal fees will be the responsibility of the Bidder. In addition, interest will accrue on any unpaid balance, at the rate of 18% per annum, until the balance is paid in full.
