WARRANTY, CONDITIONS & DESCRIPTIONS: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with NO warranties expressed or implied, and there are NO refunds. Please read the description & examine the photos when bidding. If there is any doubt when viewing an item, go by the description as photographs can sometimes show items that are not included, or are otherwise inaccurate. Neither the auctioneer nor the seller makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to said property.

AUTO-EXTENDED BIDDING: Our auctions feature a Simulated Live Auction Experience with staggered closings, auto-extend bidding and bid notifications. This allows items to close at a pre-determined rate of 1 item per minute. When combined with auto-extend bidding, the closing time of individual lots will be extended when a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes of the auction. This allows you a chance to place a final bid on an item you may have otherwise missed, and closely simulates a "live auction” experience.

PICKUP / REMOVAL: All items must be removed on specified removal date of May 18, 2022 from 9AM-1PM by appointment only. Bidder information provided at registration will be used to complete the Bill of Sale and Affidavit of Compliance. The name and address in the bidder’s registration profile will be the name and address on the Bill of Sale and Affidavit of Compliance. All airport owned vehicles will be sold with clear titles. All titles & paperwork for sold vehicles will be sent out within 3 business via certified mail (signature required).

Bidders are responsible for all costs involved with removal of their purchases & any and all damages incurred during removal of purchases. We do NOT dismantle, disconnect or provide any tools or labor associated with item removal. Repair work on purchased vehicles is NOT PERMITTED within the airport compound (work is limited to flat tires, and jump starts only). Vehicles may be removed from the lot by driving or towing.

When removing vehicles from the lot, proof of ownership (paid receipt) must be shown to Norfolk International Airport personnel at the gate.

ABANDONED ITEMS: Any items not picked up on specified removal days, may be discarded, removed, resold or stored at the Norfolk International Airport's discretion. When you place a bid and are notified of winning an item, the item contractually becomes yours, and any fees associated with moving, removing, discarding or collecting payment, whether physical or legal are the responsibility of the bidder.
