All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. All due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder. We STRONGLY encourage you to inspect the items, in person, on preview day.

Auction bidding will end beginning at 10:30AM on Tuesday, September 28th, with lots 1 and 2. Two lots will close every minute until all lots have closed. If an item receives a bid in the final 2 minutes, the bidding on THAT item will be extended by 2 minutes, in order to simulate a live auction experience.

All items must be picked up on September 29, 2021. Items not picked up by 3 PM that day will be considered abandoned. Buyers must bring any and all tools, hired help and equipment (dollies, hand trucks, bubble wrap, etc) needed to safely pack and load their purchases. 

Pick up appointments may be requested beginning Monday, September 27th by emailing BusinessAuctioneer@gmail.com or texting Natalie at 757-287-8797.  Please provide your name, bidder number, intended method of payment and desired pick up time. Please be flexible, as appointments fill quickly, on a first come, first serve basis.
